IndustriAll Europe is organizing a session, this takes place on 6 February from 12:00 – 13:30 Hrs.
The session will address the employment and social aspects of the deep decarbonisation of energy-intensive industries focussing on the steel, chemical and pulp and paper industries. In discussion with EU Social Partners we will touch upon the technological challenges of decarbonising the sectors while identifying potential impacts on employment and discussing the means to make the employment transition a Just Transition.
